The Team at City Automotive were just great, the rates were transparent, my van was ready at the designated time, they even the washed vehicle, blacked out the tires and threw in a car deodoriser. The loan car was very convenient as it allowed me to get back to my business so all up it’s 10 out of 10 from me.

City Automotive saved me! When our car suddenly died on the opposite side of the river to where we live, on a hot day with our 12wk baby in the car, I limped the car to their premises hoping to have a safe spot to leave it until it could be looked at whilst I figured out how to get us home. Not only did they do an immediate diagnostic scan to ascertain the problem, they located the parts to fix it that afternoon in the city. The mechanics assistant kindly sorted a lift home for me and the baby when he went to pick up the parts and our car was back on the road within a few hours. I have always had great experiences with City Automotive in the past for quality routine servicing and repairs...but their understanding and assistance for a tired, emotional new mother of a sick baby on this day was amazing and their kindness and professionalism will never be forgotten. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
